Trisha was an HR professional who dreaded going to meetings and was afraid to speak up or put herself out there. Despite having a successful career and even after being promoted, she feared that she wasn’t the right person for the role.  

Stressed out and exhausted, she knew something needed to change. After working with a life coach and discovering it was Imposter Syndrome holding her back and sabotaging her from achieving success, she worked on recognizing her symptoms and retraining her mind.

Today, Trisha helps other women overcome their own Imposter Syndrome, recognize their hard work, and revel in their success!
